組成部分：150L自動(dòng)加熱系統(tǒng)、100L自動(dòng)冷卻系統(tǒng)、氮?dú)饧訅合到y(tǒng)，20L結(jié)晶器，10L一級(jí)儲(chǔ)存罐、10L二級(jí)儲(chǔ)存罐、10L三級(jí)儲(chǔ)存罐、30L分子篩吸水罐、兩級(jí)過(guò)濾器。
適用范圍：通過(guò)溫度調(diào)節(jié)進(jìn)行結(jié)晶提純處理的精細(xì)化工液體，結(jié)晶溫度在30℃以下。
特點(diǎn)：
1、整個(gè)系統(tǒng)不需要泵，通過(guò)氣壓進(jìn)行自動(dòng)加料和放料；
2、整個(gè)系統(tǒng)隔絕空氣；
3、加熱采用自動(dòng)恒溫加熱系統(tǒng)；加熱槽具有化料功能；自動(dòng)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)無(wú)廢水；
4、冷卻采用自動(dòng)恒溫冷卻系統(tǒng)；自動(dòng)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)無(wú)廢水；
5、提純精度可達(dá)99.999%；
6、水分可達(dá)10ppm。
Components: 150L automatic heating system, 100L automatic cooling system, nitrogen pressurization system, 20L crystallizer, 10L primary storage tank, 10L secondary storage tank, 10L tertiary storage tank, 30L molecular sieve suction tank, two-stage filter.
Scope of application: Fine chemical liquids that undergo crystallization and purification by temperature adjustment, and the crystallization temperature is below 30 °C.
Features:
1. The whole system does not need a pump, and automatically feeds and discharges by air pressure;
2. The whole system is isolated from air;
3. The heating adopts an automatic constant temperature heating system; the heating tank has the function of chemical material; the automatic circulation system has no waste water;
4. The cooling adopts automatic constant temperature cooling system; the automatic circulation system has no waste water;
5. The purification accuracy can reach 99.999%;
6. Moisture can reach 10ppm.
